Senior Photography Academy Return Policy:

As with all of our courses and services, the reproduction and distribution of our product without explicit, written permission is not allowed. Individuals violating this will be held legally liable.

Because I want to make sure that you have peace of mind when investing in your education, I offer a 30-day refund period for your purchases. With that, I also want to make sure that you’re taking the time to work through and implement all of the strategies and techniques that are outlined in the course.

In order to qualify and be eligible for a refund, you must show proof that you completed the course workbook and all accompanying materials and that the course did not work for you. If you have utilized our payment plan, please note that we are unable to stop future payments without a refund request being submitted.

If you decide that the Senior Photography Academy was not right for you or your business within 30 days of enrollment, please email us at [email protected] and let us know that you would like a refund before 11:59PM PST before or on the 30th day. In that email, please include proof that you have completed all the accompanying coursework. If you submit a refund request without the accompanying coursework, we will be unable to process a refund.

The coursework that must be included with your refund request is as follows and all steps must be completed (which are all taught in the Senior Photography Academy): the complete course workbook and all PDFs that accompany the module lessons; screenshots of social media posts specific to the content talked about throughout the modules; proof of messages/emails sent to individuals for your model call(s) and test shoot(s); proof at an attempt to follow the Social Media Workflow as taught in the course; proof of working to establish a senior rep program such as timeline, messages/emails to prospective individuals and past clients, and general notes about program structure, fee, incentives, application questions and social media recruitment posts.

No refunds will be granted outside of the 30 day refund period. After 30 days, all refunds and payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for the full payment of the program regardless of if you complete the program. If you chose the payment plan option and do no submit a request for a refund within the 30 day window, with the required completed coursework as outlined above, you are required by lay to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

We reserve the right to decline your refund as determined by Sean Brown Productions LLC. Once again, no refunds will be provided after the 30th day from your date of purchase. All payments must be made on a timely basis. You agree to pay a 1% per month interest penalty on all late payments or at the highest rate permitted by your local law, whichever is greater.

You agree that Sean Brown Productions LLC has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended on this Website or not. Sean Brown Productions LLC provides educational and informational resources that are intended to help users of this website succeed in their online business and otherwise. You nevertheless recognize that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of Sean Brown Productions LLC.

You also recognize that prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Thus, the results obtained by others – whether clients or customers of Sean Brown Productions LLC or otherwise – applying the principles set out in this Website are no guarantee that you or any other person or entity will be able to obtain similar results.
